Blessing Patrick is a Nigerian actress based in Enugu.
Recently a story was posted online about an actress who is planning to snatch other people’s husbands and her photograph was used in the story, cleverly insinuating that she may be the actress in question.
Today, in a brief chat with Nollywoodgossip, Blessing speaks on the scandal.
How did you find out about the story?
I didn’t know about it until friends and fans started calling me this morning to tell me about it.
Is the story true?
I am a daughter of Zion. And a daughter of Zion has nothing to do with such dirty stories.
Do you think it is a deliberate attempt to tarnish your image then?
I still don’t understand where it is coming from, because as far as I can recall I’ve been careful and I try to avoid stepping on people’s toes. But I put it into prayers for God to guide me and when you put God first in whatever you do, I believe you will never go wrong.
So what do you have to say to the person responsible for it?
Whoever is tarnishing my good name and career with such dirty and false stories in an attempt build up a blog is actually building up their own downfall. Because Psalm 27, 91 and 23 is upon me. It is my time to reign in God’s glory and nothing can stop me in Jesus’ mighty name.
