My Names are Obeto Slizzy Ehimen. I was bone in the 80′s in Edo State. I’m from a family of eight.

Growing up for me was fun because I knew I would become what I am today. I grew up in an area called Uselu in Benin City, Edo state, that’s the same place I started my career.

I do Afro Hip pop.

What is the latest about Slizzy E?

My New album is dropping in November. It is called THE OTHER PART OF ME. This album is a classic one. I can say the best so far from me. I have dropped some singles from the album, Complain ft. Durella and Jaywon, AZonto Baby, and U gat me thinking. I called it the other part of me because I was to rap but now I sing. This is another side of Slizzy. Just wait till it’s out, and then you will know what I’m talking about

How did you meet Jaywon Juwonlo?

I met Jaywon long time ago in Festac Lagos. At that time, I was about doing my song called Lanko. So I got Konga to be on the song, then we were planning on putting 9ice on the song too before I met Jaywon. So when I heard Jay sang I was like wow! I asked him if he will like to be on the song he said he would love to. So that’s how we did the song Lanko remix and it was a hit. From there, Jay and I went on to perform at the Kennis Easter Gig. Later Jay was signed by Kennis music. Just after that Jay did his fist single called FILEBE ft. me, Slizzy-E, that’s how we became blood.
