My name is Christabel Egbenya. I’m from Edo state. I’m from a humble background and I have just one sibling. I’m just a happy girl that has been blessed by God. I’m just trying to bless everyone around me. I’m kindhearted and I hate being taken for granted. I love to laugh…that’s basically me.
What are you working on at the moment?
Hmmm…right now I’m working on a project called Face of Auto-Star and also working on a movie in Asaba. The movie is own by Wazico movies. I’m shooting with Tonto Dike, Ebere Okaro, and Kenneth Okonkwo. It’s all about a rich man who disguised himself as a mechanic apprentice just to get a true love.
How long have you been acting?
I started acting in 2008 and after a while, I gave acting a break for three years due to personal reasons. But now I’m back for good. I’ve done about 25 movies so far. Some of them are, Room 202, Agony in the temple, Peter & Paul, Sister Rebecca, King’s throne, Kingdom of pleasure, Village mafia and more.

My relationship status is quite personal. So let’s just say I keep my personal things private.
Advice to upcoming artists out there.
You all have to be focused, never be desperate and also humility is the key in this industry. Always put God first. And to my fans, I love you all, please keep supporting me.
