My name is Ruby Orjiakor, a native of Amaraku in Isi-ala Mbano Local govt. area of Imo state. I’m from a family of five, 3 boys and 2 girls, all born and brought up in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. I’m a graduate of IMT Enugu, where I read Mass communication. By the grace of God today, I’m a Nollywood actress.
What are you working on at the moment?
At the moment I’m working on a movie with Frank Artus, Junior Pope, and Vincent Opurum. I’m also doing an epic movie now with Camela Mgberekpe, Pete Edochie, and Frank Artus. I’m acting as an orphan who was seriously maltreated by her stepmom, but loved by the prince of d kingdom. It’s a lead character and very challenging. Just keep your hands crossed and wait for it to hit the market…that’s all I have to say for now.
Journey into acting.
Actually, I’ve always had it in mind to becoming an actress. So all I did was ask questions on how to register and the requirements. Immediately I was informed, I went to their office in Enugu and registered. I also attended auditions. That was how I became an entertainer.
Nollywood of today.
Nollywood of today has really improved in terms of makeup, costume, and directing. We the artistes are doing wonderfully well too, but I pray we improve more.
Sexiest part of your body?
The sexiest part of my body is my boobs.
Will you ever act nude?
I can never act nude no matter what!
