Can we meet you sir?

My name is Casey Jolomi Edema, but my stage name is Casey Ed. I was born on January 29th 1983, in Kaduna State. I’m an Itsekiri boy by tribe from Warri North local government, Delta state. I grew up mostly in the north. Born into a family of six, I’m the third child of four siblings, but also the first son. As a kid, I was influenced by legends like, late legendary Micheal Jackson, Billy Oceans, Stevie wonder, Ray Charles, Jim reeves, Mariam Makeba, Onyeka Onwenu, and Fela Kuti.

How did you get into the Glo Naija Sings competition and what where the challenges?

The journey into Glo Naija Sings was a very exciting one, but at the same time a true test of personality. The competition did not only demand from me musical or vocal skills, but also my relationship skills, my adaptability and visionary/staying power. When asked who I thought was my greatest contender amongst my fellow contestant, I always replied that I was in competition with none of them, but with my past. Whatever I have put out as my best in my musical endeavor, I was here to outdo that and magnify myself so much so the world could see me more and vote.

What were your expectations before you became the winner?

My expectation before I became the winner in 2010 was to win the competition. From the first moment I stepped into the audition all I wanted to win. For me, I didn’t just come to have fun, I came with a purpose and thank God I did. I also hoped to make it big in the music industry, both nationally and internationally. To be known and appreciated for good, quality, creative and lasting music.

So what’s next after winning the competition?

My new single Oritsejolomi is my new direction musically and my music sound. After much seeming silence after the release of Not the Girl, I had to go spend time on the drawing board to find this true and unique sound. The genre of my sound is called Africase, a blend of the African sound and the Casey sound. In my voice you can hear the cry of the African soul, and on the instrumental, a creative blend of hip-hop, African drums and other vices.

ORITSEJOLOMI, a Niger-Delta language, means God made you well. You are not a mistake, you are a success story, and you are on point. It is a message from Oritse (God), a prayer, a declaration of truth. It is a song for all who not only love great music but believe in victory and success. It’s a song for all who have a story to tell, either of hope, love, faith, overcoming etc…so long as it is a victory story.

A billion thanks to my producer Oscar Herman Ackah and studio engineer Olaitan The Black Bone. All the online sites, radio stations and media houses and other platforms that have been supporting my career, and most especially, my indispensable fans ORITSEJOLOMI all of you! I Love you.

Nollywoodgossip wishes you the best.

Thanks very much.

    This is absolutely free, very easy all you need is an internet facility.

    I have been using this system for some time now; I will be showing you how to make unlimited cash with your liberty reserve account and a perfect money account. I will try to make it as short as possible. But clear, just like every other business your interest and seriousness counts.

    "The reward for hard work is success".

    THIS IS HOW IT WORKS.

    1. open a liberty reserve account at http://www.libertyreserve.com ( this is free).

    2. Open a perfect money account at http://www.perfectmoney.com (this is free).

    3. Fund your liberty reserve account with a minimum of 11 USD, because of transaction charges, actually you needed a minimum of 10 USD.

    (Note: To fund or sell your liberty reserve, go to http://www.google.com to search for an exchanger close to you.)

    4. Go to http://www.softxchanger.com , and exchange 10 USD from your liberty reserve account to your perfect money account.

    1 LR——>1.28 PM, so 10 LR—-> 12.80 PM.

    5. Go to http://www.superchange.ru or http://www.swapgold.com , exchange 12.80 Perfect money to 11.01liberty reserve.

    1 PM —-> 0.86 LR, so 12.80 PM—>11.01 LR. You have gain 1.01 USD.

    6. Repeat the exchange process from LR—->PM—>LR.

    You can always increase your capital, because the more money you exchange the faster u make your cash. I can make up to 257 USD per day. Doing up to 25 exchanges per hour. But there is also no harm in starting small.

    The only place where success comes before work is the Dictionary."

    Disclaimer

    How much money you make depends on your capital and the amount of time you put into this venture.

    GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
