A couple of days ago hip-hop stars Drake and Chris Brown turned a nightclub into a blood-soaked battlefield, Nollywoodgossip has learned.
And today, more details are surfacing regarding what set off the brawl, and of course, it’s sexy and daring singer Rihanna.
We learned that Chris Brown, who was trying to be nice, ordered for a bottle of expensive Armand de Brignac Champagne — commonly known as Ace of Spades — to be sent to Drake’s table.
Ingrid Gutierrez, 21, a model who was sitting at Brown’s table said:
“I saw him (Chris Brown) tell the waitress to send a bottle to Drake’s table. I then saw a waitress come back with a piece of paper and gave it to Chris.”
On the paper was written:
“I am f–king the love of your life.”
Rihanna — Brown’s singer ex-girlfriend who had also been linked to Drake — was not at the W.i.P. club, where Brown was buying bottles for several tables in the VIP section.
Ingrid continued:
“Chris looked upset and just threw the paper on the floor.”
Sensing that that didn’t rile up Chris the way he and his group expected, Drake and members of his gangs walked over to the table where a shirtless Brown was seated.
“They were giving him [Brown] the middle finger. They got into each other’s faces and were shouting at each other,” Gutierrez said.
“Chris told Drake to f–k off, and the next thing I could hear is the sound smashed glass and mayhem started.
What ensued could easily be described as a gang war as bottles and other dangerous weapons flew around smashing people’s heads and faces and wounding many.
We learned that the shameful fight was filmed and would soon be released on DVD.
