Japanese engineers have done it again. This time they decided to build a road through the Gate Tower Building in the city of Osaka, Nollywoodgossip has learned.
The 16-storey office block has a busy fly-over running straight through it.
The fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the building are taken up by the road.
The highway is the tenant of the floors and actually pays rent.
