FRANKIE: If you are an American, so what? Are you better than thousands of Nigerian professionals in the United States? Therefore whatever she meant by being an American is completely up to her; I am a Nigerian, and I’m proud of my country, and for being Americans? I do know the real Americans, and not those that can’t even afford to pay their telephone bills.
You see, it’s always easy and cheap to call Nigerians fraudsters, and the world media will just carry the news without cross-examination of the fact, unfortunately Mr. George Elijah Otumu the so-called journalist that published the alleged fraud scam is a Nigerian like myself. In the United States they call it Black-on-Black crime, but Frankie Nollywood is saying “NO” to those kinds of stereotypical phenomenons.
Also I read with amazement how Keisha Morrissey explained…….
KEISHA: “I was wondering how long he was gonna keep the game going, because he knew he could not outsmart me or use me to continue playing the game. The fact that he also tried to prey on yet another woman would keep me two steps ahead of him, especially when I informed him I knew law. Our partnership began in February and officially dissolved in May. My heart was not in it in April. I stayed aboard to see how it would play out”
FRANKIE: Without any cross-examination, the above explanation will pass as a statement made by a saint, or a virgin of 9 years that never committed any sin in her life, but I’m here to prove them wrong, and I still challenge them to prove the otherwise… Now talking about smartness, no doubt Keisha Morrissey is smarter than myself, because she dribbled me to send her series of Agreements that costs legal charges, but talking about being foolish, I am not a fool either, because if i were that foolish as they initially thought, I’d have sent her the $2500 without asking questions or knowing her physical address which she changes dramatically. Nigeria and Nigerians are 21st century vibrant and dynamic set of people, time has passed when someone will just claim to be an American, and they’ll get away with any rubbish.
Also the only place she mentioned about knowing law was on 14 April, 2011, please see the letter below…

DID YOU LOSE MONEY OR KNOW OF ANYONE WHO LOST MONEY IN DEALING WITH FRANKIE?
KEISHA: “I lost some expense traveling to and from various places in New Jersey. I live in New York State so it was expensive gas toll, parking, lunch, and then my energy and time.”
FRANKIE: Keisha Morrissey confirmed that she lost some expense traveling to and from various places in New Jersey. But ironically I still wonder if it would have been a crime if all these public confrontations were eluded, because to me it does not matter if a desperate online blogger published that i allegedly defrauded some people. But it does matter when he wrote that I am on the run; having been listed on the INTERPOL MOST WANTED LIST, and that the Metropolitan Police are searching for me worldwide, what a smart way of generating traffic to his obsolete website.
You see, revolutionary ideologies like two of my volunteer legal counsels abroad are selfless people eager to know the truth, they never advocate prosecution for their selfish interest, or against the principles of the legal ethics, they simply offer their legal services on behalf of people who may not have the resources to fight back.
The writer didn’t say “alleged” he was authoritatively confirming that the allegations were truth, and that the victims and the authorities were searching for me, these are some of the reasons why my attorney and the two volunteer legal counsels abroad came into the matter, and they are not going to allow anybody to change the topic, or divert the attention from the real issue.
- Keisha Morrissey just explained to you (Nollywoodgossip Magazine) that she was only aware of what Nneoma E. Njoku informed her regarding her dealings with me.
- The actual puzzle right now is how George Elijah Otumu came across Keisha Morrissey as a fraud victim as he authoritatively published, confirming the allegations to be true.
Therefore, if not for the conspiracy to tarnish my name which will soon be exposed, there is no evidence that during the business relationship between me and Keisha Morrissey that a fraud was committed. Neither does Keisha Morrissey know of anyone who lost money in dealing with me. So who are the people actually accusing me, and what are the motives? My lawyers, my family, my friends and fans would like to know what is happening.
WHAT SHOULD FRANKIE DO TO SETTLE ALL THESE?
KEISHA: “Frankie should have just produced his pageant. He had a good concept and great project, overall just be forthright in his dealings as a business man and producer”.
FRANKIE: Keisha Morrissey just confirmed that Frankie had a good concept, a great project….but he wasn’t forthright in his dealings as a producer. Does she really expect me to send $2500 to her? Someone I just meet on facebook? Give me a brake….and she had the audacity to say publicly that because I knew I couldn’t outsmart or use her in the game she refrains from the activities. She didn’t quit, I fired her….
Well with due respect to her personality, the Keisha Morrissey that I knew too well does not have anything I need, or I’ll wish to have, she is just like the others struggling to make a living, though we all have our pasts, and nobody loves scandals, but problems is inevitable.. And I challenge her to discuss the roles her Ex-boy friend and Chief Titus played in all these.
Even though it’s never my intention to be rude in some of my statements, I had promised to be diplomatic with my statements, and if you read my first interview you’ll see that I completely refused to comment on Keisha Morrissey, even though her name was on the list of people accusing me, I protected her against deceptive use of her name by desperate Nigerian fake journalists, not because I don’t have anything to say but I value people’s privacy. The subject-matter is that I was alleged to have defrauded her of millions of dollars, but she just confirmed the contrary.
Let’s make it clear for our readers. Are you saying Frankie is a fraudster from what you experienced dealing with him?
KEISHA: “I am not slandering his name by saying he is a fraudster. I am privy to what happened through my Nigerian-American partner. Fraud is on a large scale. I would consider Frankie petty with obscured vision not seeing the big picture in his own projects”
FRANKIE: Keisha Morrissey told you (Nollywoodgossip magazine) that she wasn’t slandering my name as a fraudster. Rather was privy to what happened through her Nigerian-American partner. Unfortunately she didn’t say everything that happened. She also clarify that she didn’t know of anyone who lost money in dealing with me, then what is all these all stories about? Is it that my attorney and the two volunteer legal counsels were just spending their valuable time investigating a worthless propaganda?
Well, as quoted by Keisha Morrissey, I am petty with obscured vision not seeing the big picture in my own projects, what a sweet English grammar, but what did she achieve with the same project when I handed it over to her from January till May 2011? … Considering that she had over 19 years of professional experience in the Entertainment Music business, Radio, Sports, Political industries and not for profit organizations…. What does she have to show for those 19 years? (What the public wants are proves, evidence and facts)
My organization is not a charitable organization; it was registered at the corporate affairs commission as a business entity legally established to make profit, thereby provide services to the public. I also have projects attached to the company which I copyrighted against theft or infringement of my rights; I do my business in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic, and not by the rubbish millions of fake people posts on facebook. Facebook is not my official online portal; it’s just a public social network arena.

I have not erased my facebook pages or everything related to the Miss Nigeria Entertainment Pageant, and when it comes to my resume everything is factual, it was that very same resume that inspired the business partnership, last my name is Keisha Morrisey, yours is Frankie Nollywood?
I play chess well Game recognizes Game, I move based upon Frankie Nollywoods moves. The $2500 deposit was for the Sheraton coordinated by my friend Chief Titus, the total was $5,000 in which I stated that I, the team in the USA would reimburse the parent company-Frankie, the agreement also stated if in any area you needed help just let the parent company know. I had an issue with the Sheraton contract agreement, I was advised to ask Frankie to pay for the rental deposit as for time was of the essence in reserving the date and so I could work on sponsorship etc. I was also advised to tell Frankie of my not wanting to work with my friend Chief Titus any more for reasons he mentioned and other confusions, to save my name and the event. I immediately downgraded the event to Essexs County college with the help of a Nigerian member of the Mayors office in New Jersey. I ultimately got a venue at the college for less, all of my efforts were in the best interest of the Miss Nigeria Entertainment-NJ pageant and realty show, because I could not be outsmarted with the diversionary tactics presented is why my activities were suspended. My friend Chief Titus did present a problem wanting to bring a Queen from Nigeria over to participate, however I was advised not to get involved with visa issues, that Queen from Nigeria and I are still facebook friends. Frankie used this platform to suspend my activities thus my introduction to Nneoma E. Njoku.

I received a call yesterday from a lady telling me that chief is sabotaging the event saying he is not apart and the he also said I was a scam, She suggested that I should just give her the letter for her daughter to come over, otherwise she was not going to help me get contestants or journal ads and I said fine with me, because I had not cleared it with you, I never felt it was that important to have her here in the USA for this production when I had credible people right here in america,
The individuals/ nigerian community here seems to think the production is a scam because of chief, no one seems to understand why you in general are not paying for the facilities, I have explained several times that that is not what the contract states on my part, so therefore the journal advertisements and the sponsorship is a problem without the venue being confirmed. as far as the venue goes I have contacted Essex county community college I am waiting for the last approval from the President of the college the venue is $1900 but a gentlemen from the mayors office Innocence Kemezie and his organization said in turn their donation would be to submit his not for profit status so the venue could be $350 dollars.
Since april, I have been stopped working with chief but the phone call yesterday that he is still trying to sabatoge the event prompted me to email you and other folk that are still trying to help, because he doesn't want to see the project go on at all, anything Ive needed Ive asked you for and any problem I have had I have shared with you, I figured to send out an email to shut him up cause he's spreading lies and rumors.

I appreciate it, if you bow out gracefully and humbly from your position as a co-coordinator and headquarters for MNE-NJ, as for I have found it very difficult to work with your bullying, deceitful, harassing, hostile-lying, and manipulative ways of doing business, I choose to take the higher road but you instead are continually trying to sabotage the project and my name because of our in differences of me not allowing you to use me or the production for your personal gain and I thinking outside of the box when it came to your sole advice, thus your asking me after months of planning to abruptly drop the event production and to uproot-vacate the premise, before June 24-26 weekend because ie;.
1. your booking of the Sheraton Ballroom at $2,500 because you are a "Gold Card" member and this was a discount and wanting the production to pay cash in full within 3 days, to you, when that is not what my contract agreement states with the head producer, you also did not have me a part of the negotiations at the Sheraton, or even to have me view the facility as the director/producer of the USA event.
I WISH TO ADD FOR THE RECORD FRANK AND I PARTED WAYS IN PEACE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF US WORKING ON FUTURE PROJECTS TOGETHER, IN NO WAY DID I WISH FOR THIS TO BE HAMMERED OUT IN THE MEDIA NOR DO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FRANK NOLLYWOOD, HOWEVER THIS IS MY TRUTH OF THE MATTER, I HAD NOTHING TO GAIN OR LOOSE…STEADY AS SHE GOES).

FRANKIE: I’ll respectfully state here categorically that she Keisha Morrissey lied to the public in her statements, and tried to mislead the when she said that every week and month the terms of my agreement kept changing.
Keishas Response; (agreements and contracts legalise can get tricky, like I said, the terms of the securing of the venue was the only help I asked of the parent company-Frank, when he could not comply it made me a lil suspect, there were other parts of the agreement that constantly changed percentages, etc. I immediately understood why he didn't want to help secure a venue, he never attended the anada event, so I knew he had no plans of attending the NJ event to collect any proceeds or the video footage I would have had for him.

FRANKIE: Again, here comes the fourth agreement: the above letter was the only thing that led to Agreement No 4 (four)…. Remember that I’m not a lawyer; these Agreements were being put together by a lawyer who I pay retainer fees.
Keisha Morrissey was on April 14, 2011 during our phone conversation, explained to me the challenges she was facing with her Ex-boy friend (she also gave me another company name to be used for on the new Agreement, a company she co-owned, known as the Urban Stars Agency USA) She also confirmed that she was only asking for my help to send her the $2500.
Now, this is where Nnoema E. Njoku came into the picture.
Keisha Response;again it was never to send me $2500 it was to be sent to the Sheraton hotel to secure the date because time was of the essence. I asked for help with securing the venue, if this was an issue as a professional paying out fees he should have immediately suspended my activity, why wait until May, obviously he saw my worth, I did explain my challenges with my elder friend Chief Titus and asked Frank to help with the recovery because of this unfortunate situation with my elder Chief Titus. I was feeling the process out and agreed with my partner that if this pageant was going to be long term to put it under Urban Stars Agency, my pageant is produced under Co'Bree Productions I didn't want to mix the productions, we also felt a NJ office would be suitable for New Jersey contestants and rehearsals, my elder and friend Chief Titus and many other Nigerians was very helpful in this area, getting contestants, organizations involved, the Mayor office and other involved however my elder friend Chief Titus never collected any money on behalf of Miss Nigeria Entertainment- NJ, he did wish that a Nigerian queen obtain a visa to come to America to participate in the pageant, thus charging her parent a fee, and I declined stating the parent company-Frank would have to approve that, I was advised NOT TO GET INVOLVED WITH ISSUES REGARDING VISAS, also why suspend my activities when I had handled the issue with my elder friend Chief Titus and there was still time to produce the event, Frank was he saw I challenged my elder friend Chief Titus knew then HE COULD NOT GET OVER ON ME, THUS SUSPENDING MY ACTIVITES, I WAS NOT HAVING IT, WHY NOT SUSPEND THE ACTIVITIES WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE VENUE OUT OF POCKET, I KNEW WHICH LOOPHOLE TO USE TO SEE IF THIS MISS NIGERIA ENTERTAINMENT PAGEANT AND REALITY SHOW WAS REAL).
